Our work with the National Gallery Company wasn’t just a redesign; it was an opportunity for reinvigoration – restoring a sense of connection between teams and addressing a lack of connection with the brand and organisational purpose.
Taking a strategic approach, we began with an engagement phase before making any assumptions or proposing how the space should function.
Through workplace surveys, we identified the needs and priorities of each team, ensuring our resulting proposal responded directly to their ambitions to improve both their working environment and ways of working.
This process enabled a reimagining of the team’s daily activities – creating space for conversation, focused teamwork, and social moments, all set against an inspiring, colourful backdrop.
