Appointed to act client side on a design and built tender our brief was to work with the operator and client to establish a design concept that would bring a heart-space to the Nottingdale Campus. 

We then partnered with the D&B team to support the detail design and specification process during the fit-out stage act as guardians for the original concept. 

Operationally we were balancing a need for high footfall peak periods alongside a desire to create a space that would appeal to the local demographic of business users and local community.
